Our salesperson was great. We had all but one of the windows in our house replaced. The installation crew was friendly, courteous, and did a great job. :-) The follow-up has not been good. One of the screens had a hole/tear in it when it was installed and there was a mark made on a window - both of which the installation crew documented and put a work order in to have them replaced. We have heard nothing from YHIC since the day of the install. :-( We were also told by the salesman that the final payment didn't have to be made until we were completely satisfied; the install crew said they needed payment before they left! :-( We had also called to adjust our order from having a "wood" trim inside to having it all white. The windows came with the wood-look trim. :-( The new windows don't open or close much easier than our 20-year-old windows did; in fact, to lock the windows is actually harder because you have to keep the top part of the double hung up in place with one hand while locking with the other.
