I got the pleasure to work with Jonah Huber as my window sales representative. He was very knowledgable and friendly. He helped us walk through the whole process, explained how the company worked and how important it is to ensure great quality products for their customers. We went through each window to determine the best function and what I wanted down to the color and style. So far, I am so excited and cant wait to get my new windows and doors!

Sales & Install great; windows not so much
Our salesperson was great. We had all but one of the windows in our house replaced. The installation crew was friendly, courteous, and did a great job. :-) The follow-up has not been good. One of the screens had a hole/tear in it when it was installed and there was a mark made on a window - both of which the installation crew documented and put a work order in to have them replaced. We have heard nothing from YHIC since the day of the install. :-( We were also told by the salesman that the final payment didn't have to be made until we were completely satisfied; the install crew said they needed payment before they left! :-( We had also called to adjust our order from having a "wood" trim inside to having it all white. The windows came with the wood-look trim. :-( The new windows don't open or close much easier than our 20-year-old windows did; in fact, to lock the windows is actually harder because you have to keep the top part of the double hung up in place with one hand while locking with the other. Bathroom remodel
I love my bathroom in Missoula, MT! The installer was highly skilled and an artist. He took great care and attention to details to make the bathroom beautiful.
Frustration
Purchased 9 new windows in April 2021. In January 2022 only 7 of the 9 windows were installed and it is now June 2022 and we are still wafting for the final windows to be installed and the project completed. Yes there supply shortages to account for some delays, but over 14 months for the installation or windows is extremely excessive and Frustrating.
