Great windows. Poor service.

Ordered 7 windows I. July 2021 I stalled 6 in December. They crew that come out did a great job cleaned up and so on. Well then we come to the window that was orders the wrong size. Reordered came in February and a set date to install got a call they couldn’t find the trim never said they wouldn’t be coming at all. My opinion the installer didn’t want to put that window in. Well call after call and this excuse or that excuse this vacation this big job they finally sent out a new guy to install the end of March. It took two days and I had to ask why he hadn’t removed the old trim he didn’t know it was to be replaced. He left that first day with all the tools outside and didn’t say he was leaving or when he was coming back. He did come back the followi day and after he left the corner wasn’t sealed I could see outside and cold draft. He also didn’t caulk around the window outside. Called Justin and he said he would be back still haven’t seen him. We are going to fix it ourselves so we can move furniture and put the window treatments up.
