Matt came and talked to us about the windows in a very comfortable, relaxed, and friendly manner. We never felt the typical sales pressure or the pitch to buy the biggest and most expensive. He definitely has a passion for his job as he walked us through the parts of the window, the mechanics, and why theirs was the best choice. We decided to replace almost all of our windows that night. When installation time came (which was a very reasonable wait time), the crew was very professional and friendly. They asked about the house, told us their game plan, and were very thorough. A large group of guys were working and we were able to still enjoy our day in our house.
