Disappointed
We decided to replace a living room picture window in June of 2018. The new window was to be very energy efficient and a custom fit for our opening. The installers arrived with the new window after 4 weeks and started the installation. During the process, they discovered the new frame was cracked and quickly foamed the window in and had a new one ordered. Two months passed before the new window arrived with very little communication from the company. The new window was installed only to find the closing mechanism was broken and had to be replaced. We were promised a repairman would return to replace the mechanism soon. After the installation crew left, we discovered the center window panes were dirty inside the panes, which is not accessible, and could not be cleaned. We tried contacting the company a number of times about this issue, but they never responded. 6 months later, a repairman (Brett) came to install the new closing mechanism. He was very professional, and very helpful. We showed him the center window panes, and he agreed that it needed to be replaced and ordered another center window. A new center window was ordered and a few weeks later, Brett returned to replace the center window. After 9 months, the finished product is very nice. The experience with the company, with the exception of Brett, was very disappointing.
