Above and Beyond

To start, I can't say enough good about this company! From my first contact with Ben at a craft show show in Sioux Falls to install with Jermey, they could've have done a better job. I was very skeptical because in recent years we had done of remodeling in our home and had some pretty bad & disappointing results with other contractors. We had been lied to, & manufacturers didn't honor their warranties. But Ben was so nice, he just kept saying "trust me"! I'm glad I did, since our windows were so bad, something had to be done. He took care of everything, explained so much to me, that I felt ok to trust him. He took care of everything from showing & teaching me, to financing, to installation. Then came installation day, WAY earlier than expected! Jeremy showed up, on time, with his crew & went to work. He was so nice! They all were! He explained everything to me, explained why our current windows were so bad, it wasn't what we thought. The difference those windows make in the appearance of the house is amazing!
