I am not one to submit an online review, especially a negative one, but the process with YHIC was so frustrating that I wanted to make sure to share in case you are considering signing a contract with YHIC. First I will say that we loved Stan - who was a super hard working young man. Polite and considerate and extremely clean. But everything else about this project was unsatisfactory. We signed the contract with a 50% deposit in March 2022 and the work was finally started in December 2022. Staff turnover was one excuse, no shower pan was another, wrong flooring set us back as well. One part of the agreement was that they would remove and replace sheetrock and I would paint. But they state that the contract only said MUD and TAPE - so I had to hire a third party to texture the entire bathroom. The plumber and the electrician work was not scheduled in the right order, so the vendors were cutting holes in the new sheet rock and the offer to repair this damage was "we will try". The communication from YHIC was poor at best and proactive communication on delays or problems was non-existent to say the least
