Window review

We ordered replacement windows for all rooms in our house on 7/30/20. Was told the order process would take 8 -10 weeks before they would install. It took 15 weeks. 2 man installing team were very hard working but made one mark in our wall that did not get fixed. Cleaned up very well after themselves. Got our first winter storm this morning and 2 of the windows leak so bad they whistle. Called in the issue but got voice mail but in all fairness it is 12/23 so I do not expect a call back until Monday 12/28 with the holiday. We ordered 8 windows + 1 picture window and a sliding door.
