Bathtub and shower surround

The overall experience was good to fair. We had our bathtub and shower surround replace. Scott and Chase were great to deal with, very assertive and kept us up to date on the progress. The issues we had were that we had water damage to the walls and explained we wanted that repaired. The walls were never repaired and I had to repair the walls myself after and had to remove parts of the shower walls to repair. I was very frustrated with the issue of the walls and also the tub was not installed level and we told them we were planning on installing a glass shower door and had to remove it after installing due to the tub not being level. Seems like we were way over charged due to the fact that I ha dot repair what we wanted fixed in the first place.
