Poor customer service, good product

The product is very good. The rest, well, I wouldn’t recommend them. I ordered windows in August 2019. I was told they’d be ordered and ready to install in November. 3 months is long enough I thought. I never heard back from them till I inquired in December. Then it was next to impossible to get anybody to call me back. I called the customer service manager and never heard his voice live...no return calls. They send updates along the way to say, for example, that the windows are currently in production, or being being shipped etc.... But I heard nothing for months after they said they were in production. All the time I was getting bills in the mail from the finance company for interest on the money that was used to manufacture the windows (and I didn’t even have the windows in yet this whole time). I don’t even know if that’s legal! When January arrived, I finally found out after many phone calls and several emails that they were waiting on a certain part for the windows. It’s now 5 months since being ordered. And now even if they were done, I wouldn’t want them installed in the middle of winter! It’s now March. They were scheduled to be put in, so I got ready for them, and the installers (only one for this area of the state) show up sick with pneumonia, decide they need medical treatment and leave.
