Jim and the company kept me informed of when the installation projected would begin and they would arrive to start installation. Project was completed quicker than I had inspect. Jim explained everything they did during the project and consulted with me if any questions arose during the installation. I am satisfied with shower installation. Left me with an approximate timeline when shower doors will be completed for them to return to complete installation.

VERY PLEASED WITH THE PROMPTNESS OF THE GUYS WHO CAME TO MEASURE AND ORDER MATERIALS AND TO DEREK WHO DID THE WHOLE INSTALLATION IN ONE DAY! HE DID A VERY GOOD JOB, AND LEFT THE BATHROOM WITHOUT HAVING TO CLEAN UP ANYTHING. VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS. WOULD RECOMMEND.
New Shower
The whole experience from Norbert in sales to Jim in construction and shower installation was stellar. Both of these guys went above and beyond for us and we are so happy with the final product. I won't hesitate giving Home Improvement company our business again. Nice Work Guys!! Thank you!

Bathtub shower conversion

Jim, the installer, was very personable and preformed the job with excellent workmanship. I am very satisfied with the end product. Thanks, I should have replaced the old tube with a shower years ago.

New roof
Had a new roof installed in April, 2018. Installers did a wonderful job. The roof is spectacular. More than we believed. Excellent cleanup. And all of my flowers and other landscaping were spared.
Windows
Our experience was okay. We had signed up to win up to $10,000 in home improvements at the Sioux Falls home show. The sales guy called my fiancé and never said specifically what he wanted when he set up to come to our house. When he came over he was extremely pushy to get these windows put in and of course, us being young fell for it and let them put them in. The windows have been put in and they look nice, but we were told by the sales guy that he would personally be coming out within two weeks of windows being put in to check on the guys work and make sure we were happy. The installers had holes in our screens and we planned on bringining that up when the sales rep came back out. Well guess what, our windows have been in for at least 2 months now and we have YET to hear back from anybody in the company. Will not be using your home improvement ever again. I’d rather install everything on my own. ????
Wonderful with a couple exceptions.
I love my new roof! The gentlemen that pulled the old roof off and installed the new one were very friendly and answered any questions I had as the job progressed. My only complaints are the lack of communication in the beginning. They were delayed due to rain and that is understandable but a courtesy call would have been much appreciated. Also there were nails and staples left in our parking areas. A gentleman was going to come out and get them up with the magnet and I assumed he did. My neighbor's, however, just found four nails in their parking area and they were not pleased. They were out of town when my roof was being installed so were not aware of them at the time. I also pulled a nail out of my shoe at one point but thankfully, it did not go into my foot. Please make sure all nails and staples are cleaned up.
