I had a tub surround completed in early March 2024, Kevin was very forthcoming with communication to me as he showed up as promised and did exactly what he said plus extra to make everything go as planned. Kevin ran into problems along the way and made him and his company look good. I didn't expect much from contractors these days but Kevin was old school and made it happen without excuses including a return trip because I was questioning a small flaw. He corrected it immediately. If I have any other projects in the future, I will be calling "Your Home Improvement company". Thank you again Kevin oh and the plumber also did a fantastic job.
tub to shower
Great job by Dustin turning my ugly bath into a beautiful walk in shower. Very easy working with Dustin, practically no inconvenience at all and done less than 3 days. I'm very happy with the results.
The best ever
Sorry I couldn’t navigate the location part and am not in Denver, but Boise Idaho. We had windows installed and when David informed us you also do bathrooms, we were thrilled. Dave and Ty have been absolutely the best. We truly enjoy the process with them, top notch represenitives of your company. Your installers do a quality job and your products are top quality too. Although the project got delayed and occurred later than we had hoped, once things got started, all went smoothly and swiftly. Eric, who sold us on the project, was professional, friendly, and did not pressure us at all. Kevin and Zach, who did the actual work of demolition and installation, were respectful of our property, skilled, had very good communication skills and sought our input at every step, cleaned up their mess every day before leaving, and they were just really nice guys - no concerns about having them in our space. Gloria isn't thrilled with the framing around our new window, but that wasn't their fault - it was the material they had to work with. Regardless, we are very happy with our new walk-in shower and, based on our overall experience, would recommend YHIC for others' shower installation projects.
