Very Satisfied!
Having had prior service done by this company, windows and doors, I knew the excellent workmanship. Especially with having an old house where the bathroom was small and very peculiarly shaped, I knew it would be tough. But the installer continued with the job and finished with an excellent result. Now I have a shiny new white bathroom I can be proud of. I would highly recommend this company.
New Bathroom and Flooring!
The difference between our old bathroom and new Bath Planet bathroom is huge! Of course we haven’t done anything to it in 40 years... The rep Craig was friendly and helpful in our decision to move forward with the bathroom. Install was done quickly and efficiently. Poor customer service, good product
The product is very good. The rest, well, I wouldn’t recommend them. I ordered windows in August 2019. I was told they’d be ordered and ready to install in November. 3 months is long enough I thought. I never heard back from them till I inquired in December. Then it was next to impossible to get anybody to call me back. I called the customer service manager and never heard his voice live...no return calls. They send updates along the way to say, for example, that the windows are currently in production, or being being shipped etc.... But I heard nothing for months after they said they were in production. All the time I was getting bills in the mail from the finance company for interest on the money that was used to manufacture the windows (and I didn’t even have the windows in yet this whole time). I don’t even know if that’s legal! When January arrived, I finally found out after many phone calls and several emails that they were waiting on a certain part for the windows. It’s now 5 months since being ordered. And now even if they were done, I wouldn’t want them installed in the middle of winter! It’s now March. They were scheduled to be put in, so I got ready for them, and the installers (only one for this area of the state) show up sick with pneumonia, decide they need medical treatment and leave. Replacement Windows
Our new windows are amazing-we can see outside again in these cold months & the house feels warmer. Our Sales Rep Nate was very knowledgeable about their products & followed up afterwards to ensure our satisfaction. The Contractor/Installers did a wonderful job of installing 12 windows quickly & efficiently in the cold, thoroughly explained the warranty & how to maneuver our windows for maintenance/cleaning. We definitely recommend Your Home Improvement Company!!
New Windows
We were happy with the service, quality of product, and installation of our new windows and patio door. Installation only took a couple days! The employees of your home improvement company were very professional and kept us in the loop on the dates up to and during installation. I would recommend your home improvement company to anybody!

Working with Jennifer was wonderful. She made sure I was 100% happy with my shower. Wayne the installer was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn’t be any happier with their products.
New Bathroom
Getting older our knees found it harder to enter the old tub we had with no grab bars to help in assisting us. Mark from Bath Planet through Your Home Improvement Company came in removed the old tub/surround, faucets and flooring. He then installed a new Tarkett Luxury floor, BCI Acrylic Bath Systems wall surround shower floors/bases, replacement bathtubs, tub liners, shower liners and acrylic accessories. The material is beautiful the workmanship is excellent and Mark's qualifications shine in the outcome of his finished project on time. Thank you to Mark, Bath Planet and Your Home Improvement Company for helping with us to stay at our home in comfort in our later years.
