Kitchen refacing
My project was done in 2019. Then end of January/early February during that incredible cold snap we had in MN. This didn't stop the workers from coming (except 1 day when trucks wouldn't start). They were efficient and communicative and clean. A few pieces didn't make the initial order and were added in late. The product is still holding up 1.5 years later and I get a lot of compliments and adoration of my kitchen. Some of the top borser needa to be re-glued as the corners are coming apart, but I can manage to do this. My only regret is not getting granite (not an option) countertops, but I don't dislike what I have. I also had a bathroom cabinet refaced at same time and this is still standing up well.

We were looking for someone to update a small basement bathroom, but I was apparently unclear about our needs on the initial phone call. As a result, Troy spent half a day driving across the Twin Cities just to tell us the job was too small. That took a minute and a half. He then spent the next 40 minutes discussing the problems with our bathroom, making practical suggestions for things we could do ourselves, and offering design advice that he suggested we hire a handyman to take care of. I'm 70 years old and I know I've never encountered this level of generosity and kindness to strangers from a contractor before. Eventually, we will be redoing our first floor bathroom and I'll only look for one bid -- from Troy. Thanks, Troy. Wish there were more people like you.
Windows for my home
my windows were installed late fall, they were on the south side of our home in november 2019. they were installed in one day. Your windows kept the cold out all winter. the couple problems we did have were then repaired to our satisfaction. still having a little problem with the one window in our livingroom, but it is insignificant.

Expert Installation
I could not be happier with my entire YHIC experience. The quote was spot on with no hidden costs and the installation was done professionally. My house was built in 1915 and Sam, the expert installer, added structural reinforcement and insulation around each window opening. The casing is perfect and he left the job cleaner than he found it.

new windows and door
I ordered all new windows and a front door for my house, when the gentleman (Tim) came to install them he found out they were measured wrong! The windows were measured by salesmen, (some of them twice, with pictures), then another gentleman came out took pictures and remeasured twice! (came out 2 separate times) that is 4 times my windows were measured, this put a buckle in the installment process. The installer was awesome and did an awesome job, but for 32000.00 (yes that's thirty two thousand dollars) one would think they would have been correct, they made them work which I credit to the installer, in my opinion he should get a bonus for making them work.
Fantastic Bathroom Remodel
My recent bathroom remodeling experience: Bathtub, shower, flooring, new window, trim and multiple new fixture install: Fantastic. All of the main work for my bathroom was completed in under 48 hours, and the crew did an amazing job. Since I changed my mind on a couple small things, they had to make one last visit a few weeks later to install the shelving in my shower, and finish up the trim work. My bathroom was functional within 24 hours and fully functional within 48 hours. The last few finishing touches were completed a few weeks later, and it only took them about an hour or so to do the rest. I would highly recommend this company. The workers are skilled and take pride in what they do. I am SO happy with my new bathroom, and now can enjoy my great big bath tub and shower. Thank you Bath Planet!!!!

Very Satisfied
We had a seven windows installed a couple of months ago. The crew was in and out within 6-8 hours and very clean and respectful. The windows are fabulous and have since lowered out heating bill by about $70 a month. We will be going through Your Home Improvement when we go to do the siding and replace a few other windows we had replaced a year before that we are very unhappy with.
