We are very pleased with Your Home Improvement. After contacting them they sent a Representative out to our home Grant came and showed us what was available and helped us order exactly what we wanted. We were notified when our material came in and a appointment for installation was set and they arrived on time. Josh the installer was great. He came and explained exactly what he was about to do. He was very polite and professional and answered any and all questions we asked He was very conscientious and did a great job and did a great clean up when finished. We would be happy to have him again if the need ever arises for his services. He definitely deserves a 5 star review
Friendly and knowledgeable
We had a wonderful experience with Jennifer, she was able to answer all questions and was both excited about the product and knowledgeable. She has also answered additional questions over the phone and thru email. Great job!

I will work with Your Home Improvement for next project! Blake was sensational! He came to my home respectful and professional. I felt confident enough to sigh with him that day! He was very knowledgeable and patient answering my Mom and my questions. Wayne arrived at 7:30am, right on time to begin the project. He worked hard and stayed on task. I went with the suggestion from Blake on the design and fixtures and Wayne expertly installed them! Very much appreciate my experience.
Replacement. Windows
I absolutely love my replacement windows. They are so much easier to clean and filter much more noise and sunlight while keeping the integrity and style of my 80 year old house. I loved the efficiency of the process and Todd's attention and customer service is top shelf.
Warranty Check
I was called earlier in the week about a warranty check on the windows that we had installed in my Mom's house. I was told that a Service Representative would be here at noon today Jan 22nd for that inspection and warranty check. I called this morning only to find out that the person wasn't going to be here. I'm a little irritated that the person from Your Home Improvement couldn't even call to leave a message that no one was coming. I put off some errands and this was the result.
