Waited 15 months for my walk-in shower

Love the new Shower!
I got a bathroom remodel with them and their products are really good quality. I love how it came out, and it was done at a reasonable price. The representative that works with you is really awesome, they keep you updated, they reply back on time and they make sure that everything gets done how you want it. The installer, Tim Brustelle, was also really great. He was very polite and professional. After he was done installing it he made sure we went over it and that were happy about it.
I’m Happy in my Shower!
The two gentlemen that came to talk about the shower were very polite and courteous. They answered our questions very well! The installer, Scott, was very polite and super clean! He even rolled out canvas to walk on so he didn’t get the floor dirty. He worked very quickly and efficiently and got right to work. The follow up visit was enjoyable and I would recommend this company to everyone and anyone. Overall such a wonderful experience and I’m very happy we did this.

We got a quote from Jeremy today. He was very good to work with and very considerate of designing my medical limitations into the final build. The products appear to be high quality and we look forward to the final build
Outstanding
First off I must say that everyone associated with Bath Planet/Your Home Improvement Company were outstanding from our Sales Representative to Scott our installer. Our Sales Rep (I believe it was Greg) helped us decide what we actually did obtain. He asked all the right questions about our current and future needs. He explained everything and was not happy until we understood everything. Just a great fellow. We had an old bathtub with surround taken out and replaced with a new walk-in shower. Scott our installer showed up on time and immediately went to work on removing the old items. He was polite, courteous and professional in his manner and he worked diligently all the time he was here. He was a perfectionist in all that he did; from removal of the old tub and surround to all the installation. Very hard working man who took pride in what he was doing, wanting to make sure it was done right. (Scott is a great worker and you should be proud to have him working for you). The install took about a day and a half. When finished he cleaned up everything from the bathroom to the front door. I would recommend Bath Planet/Your Home Improvement Company to anyone. They are a fantastic and wonderful company.

Wonderful service
We had our windows replaced and were extremely happy with both our salesman, Montana, and our installer, Sam Mayhew. We were surprised when he showed up by himself, but were totally impressed with his work. He was such a hard, steady and pleasant person. He started on a Thursday and finished on Friday. We totally recommend Home improvement for any house related things you may need.

Working with Jennifer to set up my bathroom was a wonderful experience. I was disappointed that the project did not get done when promised but still liked the final product. The installer was slow and took lots of breaks. Didn't want to come back a third day so I ended up putting the wood work back and the floor conversion to carpet in.

This company is new to our area and we are very happy with our new walk in tub install. Lee the head installer was nice to work with, came when scheduled, the install took two days and his crew were all professional.
