Putting my mind at ease
I had an email for a roofing survey. I filled it out and within 15 minutes I rec'd a call from YHIC. They said they would have someone come to Wahpeton ND the next day to give me an estimate to do the job. The next day Brady, one of their salesman came and explained the details of doing the job and the products they use. He was very thorough and explained it so well that my wife comprehended the job. The contractor we've had for 16 years wasn't able to do the job, so I was very nervous about using a contractor I didn't know. They totally understood my reservations about this. Their crew showed up at 7:00am. The only time they stopped was for a 20 minute lunch break. They didn't finish until almost 8:00pm. They did an OUTSTANDING job and it looks beautiful. I'd recommend YHIC to anyone who needs work done on their home. They put my mind at ease and I will call on them again if I need something done. Thank you for the excellent service and work. Picture Perfect Windows
James was very personable and very kind. The information was very easy to understand, and we didn't feel pressured at all to buy. So glad we did though, we love the look and quality of the windows. We loved it so much that we installed more windows. The only downfall is within 2 months the prices went up 30%, thank goodness for that 20% off. We highly recommend to all friends and family.
New Windows
The decision to get the new windows was not eady. But when I was shown the mechanics of the windows, they appeared so well made and energy efficient. I was able to make my decision and choose YHIC. The salesman was not pushy and helped me make the best choices. When the windows finally arrived and were put in, I was again impressed. They look great! Everyone from YHIC was great to work with. My window installer even made sure to put in new smoke detectors in all the rooms before the city inspectors arrived.

The sales representative, John S., from Bath Planet was informative and put together a visual of what I requested/ wanted. I have no doubt the finished product when installed will ensue the same professionalism as my sales appointment.

Walk-in shower
Jamie did a wonderful job installing my new walk in shower. I repainted the bathroom and it looks so beautiful with my new shower. It’s going to be nice getting into this big shower versus the tub I had before that wasn’t good for my knees.
