Effective communication
Michael Olson is the sales rep I am working with. He has been nothing but pleasant, friendly and helpful. I absolutely hate when sales reps try giving me sales pitches to try and get me to buy more than what I requested an estimate for. Michael respected that and provided me with the information I was requesting and was respectful of my time (I had an appointment to get to). Additionally, he communicated the steps in the process and what I should expect. When it was time for the window to be measured, they were very knowledgeable about the product and the process and were able to answer any additional questions I had as well as respectful and friendly! After the measurements were taken we had to make a slight change to the order based off the measurements in order to meet code. The change order process was smooth and efficient as well! The other great thing about YHIC is the promotion they currently have going on (no interest, no monthly payments for 18 months) - which is really helpful for me. So far so good. I will leave another review after the install this winter. Hopefully that too will meet
Excellent work on bathrooms remodel
Nick Finney did a great job on my two bathroom remodels. He was fast , thorough , and detailed oriented. Since the house is 40 years+ old, he had to adapt the install to make it work and it did the job. Thank you, A.Legate

James Kast installed our windows and did a beautiful job. He was pleasant was very particular about the work he was doing. I highly recommend this company and have James Kast install them.
Outstanding
Stan, from the Portland, Oregon station did awesome work to remodel our master bathroom. He was conscientious, meticulous, paid great attention to detail, and kind and friendly too. We are extremely happy with the work he did and our bathroom is now beautiful and far more functional that it was before the remodel. We cannot recommend Stan and YHIC strongly enough.
Bathroom Walk-in Shower Remodel
I want to thank Josh for his professional service in remodeling our walk-in shower. He explained everything, took pictures and would text/call me if he had questions. He was very organized and cleaned up every day. When an unexpected issue arose that needed county inspector approval, he made the contact with them and waited until approval given before proceeding. The finished product is beautiful and what we wanted with quality workmanship and product. Thank you Josh. You deserve a company bonus for your work!
New Shower
Drew did a great job installing out new shower. Very efficient and friendly. He explained what he was doing and involved us in the decisions that needed to be made. Recommend his highly. Now we have to paint the bathroom to look at nice as the shower.
Excellent shower installation
Matt and his partner (sorry I forgot his name) did an awesome job. They were very efficient, prompt and so polite. I am so happy with my new walk-in shower. I was very worried about having a big window smack in the middle of the shower; but, they framed it very well and it looks beautiful. Mark advised me in the selection of a teak wood seat and I’m very happy with the way it looks in the shower and functionality. During the demolition, a light fixture was broken; but, the company replaced it and all is good. I would not hesitate in hiring this company again. A very happy customer

My initial visit with Dalton was to go over options for cabinet refacing. He did a great job showing me all the possible options and repricing when I changed paint/stain/drawer options. Great salesman.
