Gina's Great ideas
Gina did a great job in her presentation as far as exploring different materials that would work for us and that would be more cost effective. Very well mannered and professional. I found her to be very charming and funny. Also she was very thorough before leaving. I'd recommend Gina if you're going to have work done to your bathroom. She's absolutely wonderful!
Very Poor Communbication
I am not one to submit an online review, especially a negative one, but the process with YHIC was so frustrating that I wanted to make sure to share in case you are considering signing a contract with YHIC. First I will say that we loved Stan - who was a super hard working young man. Polite and considerate and extremely clean. But everything else about this project was unsatisfactory. We signed the contract with a 50% deposit in March 2022 and the work was finally started in December 2022. Staff turnover was one excuse, no shower pan was another, wrong flooring set us back as well. One part of the agreement was that they would remove and replace sheetrock and I would paint. But they state that the contract only said MUD and TAPE - so I had to hire a third party to texture the entire bathroom. The plumber and the electrician work was not scheduled in the right order, so the vendors were cutting holes in the new sheet rock and the offer to repair this damage was "we will try". The communication from YHIC was poor at best and proactive communication on delays or problems was non-existent to say the least

installer was very quick and did a great job!! if you are thinking of remodeling your bathroom[s] give them a try!!
Great bathrooms remodeled
From first contact with William Burney the sales representative I knew that we were making the right choice. William was very knowledgeable about the products and the process great to work with. The installer Emery was excellent very knowledgeable about what he was doing and would always double check to make sure everything things was to our liking. We had two bathrooms remodeled my wife and I are very pleased with the outcome. I definitely recommend this company for bathroom remodels and once again thanks to Emery who did an excellent job on the install.
Windows
They did an awesome job putting windows in and Grant Schow was easy to work with, I would go to this company for other projects.
Fantastic
Zack did a great job on our total bathroom remodel. We took everything out and replaced with all new. His attention to detail was top notch. I would recommend to anyone to use.
Great Window Remodeling Experience
From the initial visit from John, the company’s salesperson, to his final installation inspection; the entire window remodeling experience was easy, affordable, and very positive. Also a shout-out to Jeremy and his installation crew who were informative, courteous, and efficient with removing our old windows and installing the new ones. We love the new windows! Not only are they easy to open and close, but they are virtually air-tight. So no more cold drafts leaking into our rooms. My wife also commented that they really decrease outside noise significantly. I really like how they bring out the beauty of our outside woodsiding. I told John that the style and color of the new windows just seem to make our house “pop” in eye-catching appearance. Finally we like the windows so much, we will replace additional windows and 2 sliding glass doors in our home. I highly recommend this company to anyone considering window remodeling; you will love the result!
