Disappointed
Work scheduled for September, they “finished” yesterday 2/16/2023. I would like to post the photos. The first round the interior windows fell out when we opened them, they ordered more, as the first 3 times they measured were incorrect and they brought wrong size. We finally got them to come this February they have had our window in storage since November. The job was sub par, we have sent photos video and emailed with them. They said they will make this right. We have heard that previously and this second round was worse. So disappointed, as we relied on reviews. To us 20 grand is a lot of money we are educators and healthcare workers. Also, as we were working because…we have to, our some was home, the lead contractor told my son he can’t get good Mexican help anymore. My son declined to tell him he has several Mexican family members. Just so sad this is what we paid for. I am hopeful they will do the right thing… but….
Tub to Shower Conversion
It will be hard to forget as the night we signed the contract, we did so in a tornado! From beginning to end communication was very good and the installers were very professional. We would like to commend our installer Dave who walked us through the process and let us know what to expect as he did the job so we were given ample opportunity for input. He respected our home, our dog and us as well. He is known in our house as 5 STAR DAVE! Thank you very much, it was a pleasure to be served by your company and we know you have our backs in the future. Doug and Barb D.

Bathroom shower
I want to say the install crew did an outstanding job. Lee arrived on time and was prepared. He got the old tub/shower out in no time. By mid day he had the base setting and came back on Tuesday to complete the install. We ecstatic to see the new look and kudos again to the installer for doing a great job

2bathrooms remodel
We were replacing 2tub/shower combination inserts. One, focusing on safety issues thus made a walk-shower and two,looking for an upgrade ,,update for the new tub/ shower combination.Score, score. We worked with Will THRU the Bloomington division. Perfection. Will was very knowledgeable about the product and patient with explaining details. Installers did a great job and completed 2 bathrooms in three days.The finished product is wonderful and inspired me to paint and add updated decor. A+to Will and the team!
Customer care
I’m on my second round of getting new windows installed. Worry free, lifetime guarantee is a great selling point but the whole service crew has been awesome! Starting with, Montana Levine, and his patience for questions, help with any technical issues, just very kind and easy to understand. I’m very pleased with the windows and service!
Bathroom Nightmare
Inexperienced installation team, poor communication from their call center located in Saint Cloud, MN. Sub par products from Bath Planet, It took ten months to install a single shower stall and flooring.
Remodel of two bathrooms
This service was perfection for our needs! We wanted to update and upgrade one combination tub /shower bath and for safety reasons, change the other tub/ shower combination to a walk-in shower. Score,score! Will was an excellent sales rep. ,answering every ? with patience and an understanding of the product. We are very pleased with the quality of product ,especially the subway tile. Installers were also fabulous. My only negative was the communication of the actual install date. Will absolutely agreed with my complaint and the inconvenience it caused. It was great to have two bathrooms completed in three days in today’s world!
