Post Replacement Windows Installation Fine Tuning

When I called YHIC customer service to schedule a followup visit to address windows having issues with closing completely, Adam was sent a work order to schedule with us. When he called, he was already working in our area. He came over 90 minutes later and personally inspected every one of our new 15 replacement windows and fine tuned the mechanism adjustments. All of the windows now work perfectly. Adam gots us squared away on the same day we called! Great job YHIC!
