Tub to shower conversion
We were very fortunate to have a great initial visit with Chris Brown out of Billings, Montana. He arrived a little bit early (great start!), and was friendly and knowledgeable about the project that we presented. He answered all our questions and was willing to work with us to achieve the best possible solution for our bathroom remodel. We were not the easiest of clients but Chris was patient and kind during the entire visit. Thank you, Chris.

We met with Reilly and Alaina and they were so thorough on covering everything for us that we decided to sign with them right away. They kept in contact with us and actually got us scheduled before our original date. Antonio was great to work with before and after the actual remodeling. All if the workers were friendly and very conscientious. They completed our tub to walk-in shower installation in one day. They really worked hard and completely cleaned up when they were done. I love our new shower and I am very happy we chose this company for our project. 😊
Walk-in shower
The installer, Lee, was professional and really knew what he was doing, as did the plumbers. They did a fantastic job of getting my old cast iron tub and surround removed and the new materials installed. I am very pleased with the final result and am impressed with the finishing edges. Lee left nothing undone, was friendly and got it all done in good time. He found a window in the bathroom wall that was a total surprise, but he kept working and got things done as they should have been. He did a great job cleaning up too.
Shower Installation
Scott did a wonderful job of replacing our tub with a shower. he was very courteous and professional. Explained in detail of what he doing and asked questions on what we preferred. I would highly recommend him again.
Window installation comments
Blaine was prompt and worked quickly to get the window installed. We have an English Shepard dog who barked every time Blaine came into the house which was annoying, but not threatening. Blaine cleaned everything thoroughly after putting plastic around. He was pleasant to work with and carefully explained how to work the new window.
Walk in tub
We had our new walk in tub installed two years ago and Nate our Rapid City rep was checking in to see how we were doing with the tub and install, this tub has a lifetime guarantee and said they can do anything we need to make things right. Thank you Nate for checking in.
