Bathroom Remodel
Jayne came to my house and explained the process of a bathroom remodel. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Scott was the installer and did a terrific job. It was like I had a whole new bathroom! Both Jayne and Scott were great to work with!
Great Window Service
Enjoyable sales experience from the two reps that came to my house. Was able to get a great deal, really looking forward to having my windows replaced. Really like the lifetime warranty, I figure if they aren’t good windows at least they are willing to replace them. Nearly $7k cheaper than the other estimates I received for 8 windows. Highly recommend, everyone I’ve worked with so far has been very easy to work with, personable, and communicative. They’ve kept me up to speed on the process at all turns. It’s been great so far!
Beautiful walk in shower
Everything was no stress from beginning to end. Jayne Moe was outstanding and knowledgeable about all aspects of the process. She laid the groundwork for the installation crew. The gentleman that came out to measure the area exactly to ensure a correct fitment. The crew was on time to begin demolition and I was impressed by the installer made the most of removal with minimal collateral damage. The installer and plumber worked seamlessly to match all service connections and necessary holes. The finished product is exactly what we expected. The attention to detail and fit and finish are incredible and I won't have any problem sending business to you.
Shower remodel
Jayne Moe is a wonderful personable woman. Very good at her job. She showed us with props how sturdy the showers they have are. They are vastly stronger and better built than any shower we've ever had. It's so much nicer taking a shower now! She did all the work for us, and has kept track of us, even stopping to visit us. She's engaging and funny, and very pleasant to be around. I think everyone should meet her.
Satisfied Customer!
My bath/shower combination unit was removed and a new walk-in shower was installed in my (rather old) home. I could not be happier with the outcome! It was a pricy project, but well worth it. I especially appreciated that it was all done in a quick 1-1/2 days as I didn't want to live through a long construction project. Jon Hallfrisch was the installer - very personable and extremely professional. He did great work and the company is lucky to have him as an employee.. George Schmitz, project manager, was also very competent and easy to reach when I had questions. Montana Levine, sales consultant, explained the project, options, and costs in an easy-to-understand manner. They all know what they are doing. I have recommended Your Home Improvement Co. to several friends. Thanks, one and all!

Met expectations - No surprises
When you meet expectations with no surprises, that's a win for the customer. The crew arrived on time, was prepared for all possibilities and were efficient but careful. Nick was very good about giving all details and answering questions. Even when we had followup questions a few days later, you were there with the answers. Looking forward to many happy showers.
Fantastic new windows
My salesperson Sam came out shortly after I contacted YHIC we discussed options for replacing my problem window and came up with a good option. Then George came out to measure. The windows were ordered and once the came in the install team Eric and his 2 sons came out and got the windows installed. Everybody that I dealt with were very professional and really listened to what I needed. This was the smoothest dealing with a contractor I have ever had and windows are even better than I thought they would be it was a great experience.
Excellent shower/tub replacement
The demo and shower/tub replacement result was beautiful and the install took only one day. Pat Hayford did the install; a conscientious, capable, hard worker. We plan to have another shower replacement and will insist he does the installation!
