Putting my mind at ease

I had an email for a roofing survey. I filled it out and within 15 minutes I rec'd a call from YHIC. They said they would have someone come to Wahpeton ND the next day to give me an estimate to do the job. The next day Brady, one of their salesman came and explained the details of doing the job and the products they use. He was very thorough and explained it so well that my wife comprehended the job. The contractor we've had for 16 years wasn't able to do the job, so I was very nervous about using a contractor I didn't know. They totally understood my reservations about this. Their crew showed up at 7:00am. The only time they stopped was for a 20 minute lunch break. They didn't finish until almost 8:00pm. They did an OUTSTANDING job and it looks beautiful. I'd recommend YHIC to anyone who needs work done on their home. They put my mind at ease and I will call on them again if I need something done. Thank you for the excellent service and work.
