Sam and Jacob have been the best people to work with- they stood out to me amongst everyone I worked with from YHIC.

I purchased windows through YOUR HOME IMPROVEMENT CO. After I met and interacted with Lani Webb, the sales Rep, I was absolute sold. I interviewed no others She is the most professional , knowledgeable and likable LADY I’ve had the honor of dealing with in my many years of experience in the building trades.
My beautiful windows were built and made available very quickly and the installers were to arrive between 9 and 11am last Friday. They were here at 9:00 sharp. Vitaliy and Eli are true craftsmen. Outstanding appearance as well as exceptional work-ethic. They worked non-stop ( although I insisted they stop for a lunch break) and completed all installations in one day.Ive installed many windows in remodels and new construction but I can’t compare the workmanship of these men to my own. They shine!!!
They returned Saturday and rehung all of my shades. They also purchased materials and completed the repair of an area of rot they found on one of the window frames. I was not concerned as it’s something I could repair on my own. They , however, took it upon themselves to repair it to perfection
( including the trim paint)
Anyone fortunate enough to experience a project completed by any of these three, is truly blessed.

We had a shower install, and could NOT BE HAPPIER! The whole experience went without a glitch, starting with the initial contact that we made with Annette. She was so very helpful and able to answer all of our questions. She scheduled an appointment for us to meet with RJ, which was beyond great! He went over all the aspects of the install and the options that were available to us. He was thorough and didn’t leave us with any questions that were unanswered. He has a calming, honest and trustworthy personality and is definitely an asset to the company and its position in our community.
Michael came to do a final measurement and put the order in. He was thorough and gave us no doubt that his part of the process was going to be done with the best of his ability. ( And that was a fact)
On installation day, he even dropped in to check out the progress.
That brings us to installation day. Sean and Bryant are one heck of a team!! Each of them seemed to know what the other one needed before there was a request. They were respectful of our home, conscious of cleanliness at all times, and all business. I have been in the world of retail for almost 60 years, and I recognize great employees when I see them. People like this don’t work for a poorly run company. It speaks volumes to me.
I would refer this company and these people to anyone I know. And because of that, we have a couple referrals in the works.

Trident is a very professional company. From our salesmen Spencer to our installer Pete. We couldn’t be happier. Our walk in shower turned out fantastic. Above and beyond expectation absolutely love it!

YHIC was a great company to work with. Grady and the installer were very professional. 2 day install for the entire bathroom. Very happy!

We were very pleased with the windows great quality. Our installer Val, was very professional and careful with everything.Val always asked if we had any questions and was very knowledgeable. We were very impressed with his workmanship.

My sales rep, Fred, did a terrific of presenting the product (tub combo to walk in shower conversion.) He was professional, thorough, concise and worked with me on presenting me a reasonable cost. It was a great presentation and visit. So, for a good time, call Fred!! 8)
